KOA, looking at that sentence in the proverbial cold light of day, I could see a sign like that working wonders in the right hands...

On the topic of brand names I recently read an interesting article about a study done at Tilburg University in The Netherlands to determine the value of a visible label on an article of clothing. The outcome was interesting, at least to me, and I will post a precis when I have a bit more time.

Cheers,
KS

An accountant shouldn't look like a magician...mystery dresses how he does cuz he's a magician.
Definitely agree with this... If you fight for a living then Tapout is more appropriate than if the only punch you have ever thrown was while playing the WII.... I will never wear affliction again... Hate to admit this but I went out one time and this girl asked me if I was gay or a douche bag while wearing an affliction shirt. Another time I got tagged as gay shirt guy with a different affliction shirt.

When I was away for a week on vacation I visited family and friends, and a cousin my age had a few Ed Hardy T's and long sleeve shirts. I know here in Canada its RARE to see anyone having these shirts because they are only really available in the US so it came across me as a DHV... because most girls also know that from where I went to visit and where I'm from.

Was wondering what your guys thought are on Ed Hardy clothing/other brand names similar with the flashy shirts since its not really a collared dress shirt.

Thoughts?
if i were in Canada like you i would be decked out in hemp from head to toe we can't grow it here

all those fancy picture shirts are crying for attention, style comes from the inside-out

I'm like a year late on this...but the affliction shirt = raging douchebag neon sign thing made me LOL. We were at a club a couple weeks ago and almost ALL the guys there wore affliction shirts...like i said in my FR....looked like a bad episode of the jersey shore.

Ed Hardy.. Hah. Wear this, if you are a ripped, massive dude and that is the avatar you are after. Because that is what the brand is suited to, and the group it appeals to.
Unless you want to portray that, then I would stay clear of it.

I don't know if these brands are applicable to you guys but I'm a huge fan of the brands Religion and Allsaints... I wouldn't say they're everyone and I have no idea how they fit into the US market but some of their tee's are immense!
