20mins cardio.
Dealifts - 30kg
Bent Rows - 10kg

Definitely feel I can increase the weight next time around.

Cardio day.

Lunch time barbell routine.
15kg weight, 6 sets.

Evening sessions was 45mins on treadmill, 6.5% incline, 5km/h with intermittent 45 second sprints.

Leg day.

20mins cardio.
Squats - 30kg
Lunges - 15kg

It was nice.

Legs are very sore today, back to Chest this evening.

Bench Press - 40kg
Cable Flys - 25kg

Lunch time session was the pull up challenge's initial test. Managed 8.

Evening sessions was 45mins on crosstrainer.

I've also stepped up the resistance on my training mask.
