Yeah, I hear ya. I don't mountain bike, but my main exercise lately has been road biking. It's a very happy exercise for me, since it feels good to bike, and it gets the happy chemicals flowing throughout my brain/body/wherever. Keep it up! What kind of changes have you noticed in your body?

Yeah man that's awesome, a few of my friends back home road bike and I can definitely see the appeal. I can see myself getting into it one day, what bike do you have?

Some of my friends also like to run, never been my thing. I find being on the bike in the woods is fun by itself, the health benefits are just a bonus!! :)

Body wise I'm starting to see changes, arms feel a little bigger, in the shower I can see my legs look more toned too. It's been a combination though, not only have I started training but my diet has been better, added flaxseed oil, also spend a little time sunbathing while revising in the park, cold showers plus no fap this month so quite a few changes all at once, can't wait to weigh myself and get some hard figures!!

Think I've been most surprised by the Russian get up. First time I laid on my back and lifted the kettlebell with my left arm I felt a million miles away from being able to get up with it. Week and a half later I managed a pretty solid 3 on either side, crazy!!

I've got a Gitane 10-speed from the 70's. It's good, but I still need to put some work into it. My road biking is my commuting. I push myself for speed when I'm riding around town, but then twice a week I bike back from where I teach violin out in the suburbs. I'm using that as my time trial, to see how fast I can get for a 12-mile (19 km) ride.
