Thanks Moiser
It's been a while so I thought I'd update.
I was down 25 pound over all and doing well and then kind of hit a wall.
I went home for xmas and was around friends and family and ate way too much shit and drank too much booze and it was difficult getting back on track.
I put back on about 10 lbs and realized I had gone way too far.
I talked to my coach and figured out where I went wrong and why. I weighed in 3 weeks ago and was 244 and put on weight that wasn't where it should be.
Fast forward 3 weeks and I weighed in again and the scale read 245. I was a little shocked and disappointed until he said look at the monitor.
In 3 weeks I dropped 9lbs of fat and gained 9lbs of muscle. He mentioned that was amazing progress for 3 weeks and it takes him 2 months or longer to gain that much muscle mass.
I'm glad to be back on track and thankfully the miserable winter weather is almost gone so it will be much easier to stay active once spring gets here.

Hey BJ.
Thanks for updating, good to see these carried on,
Awesome you realised Xmas was a bit of a relief but carried on after - any tips for fighting through that lack of discipline and getting back on track?
