Checking in. Four days in, no fapping.
Funny enough, I've seriously curtailed my drinking too. I'll still have a drink with friends when I'm out, but when I'm by myself, I haven't touched alcohol. Started a serious workout plan at Christmas, with weight training in the AM and yoga in the PM, been eating mostly clean in support of this with the goal of adding more mass to my already sexy frame. But because of all of this exercise and eating, my T-levels have shot up, and I'm super horny now. Had sex on New Years, but man, there are moments when I am tempted to fap
But stayed strong!

I'm in... The last time I slipped was on December 30, so I'm on Day 8... The most I have ever got was 19 days... I'm going to try to get 90 days, but 30 days is a good start. I realized this is a problem for me, becoming an addiction. Good luck to everybody...

Day 7
No fapping. Been off from work the past 3 days, and surprisingly little desire to do so. I did have sex 2 out of the 7 days so I guess that probably helps.
Still no drinking. It's actually, as of now, more annoying than no fapping. But I'm sure they will switch in the coming weeks.
