Awesome that you are boxing man, keep at it.

Still would lay off the pre-workout stuff, most studies have shown that coffee is as effective as pre-workout mixes and much safer. But a healthy diet is whats most important.

agreed

only guys I know who even use that kind of stuff are legit body builders and others who have lifted for years

always seemed like a super bad idea for someone who isnt in great shape to use

Healthy diet is a first! You'd be surprised what the body can do! You wearing headgear and 16 0z gloves for sparring?
