Re: Boxing classes
we can talk about this in a few days
but yes
a solid striking art, a solid grappling art and weapons training...is something every man should study
boxing of course is one of those

Re: Boxing classes
I started training at a boxing gym about 3 months ago, and I love it. If you can find a good gym with some good coaches the classes can be an ass kicker but they just make you better.
I don't think its the best martial art for self defense per say, but I definitely do think it is incredibly fun and an awesome hobby.

Re: Boxing classes
Wish I'd seen this earlier. It's all what you're looking to do. I've coached children all the way to the Olympics and World Title fights. If you're just looking to get in shape a group class will work, but if you really want to develop the tools to be good, you'll need a lot of one on one time with a proven coach....and there's more bad than good ones out there. Good luck!
