So I'm about to purchase the sayoc beginner 2 training pack and it comes with a free dvd. Has anyone watched any of them? If so which one would you recommend?
I've done a little martial arts but nothing much with edged weapons.

Not sure if they still have Sama Sama ones. But those are nice overviews.
