Just read the whole thread, glad Bravo created a good system for belts, sounds like its perfectly balanced and I also like the way guys have to put themselves forward at times for an upgrade.
This fits with my personality and how my mind works and of course, gives us all something to strive for, on top of what our own goals for improving PU are.
No rewards for keyboard warriors and thats the way I would want it.
