sayoc live blade

Post by danguess »

So I'm looking at ordering a sayoc rig at the recomendation of Bravo. However the set that I'm looking at comes with these:

While training (even briefly) with Bravo and his rig quickly made me a believer that I should pick up a rig of my own and find a sayoc group, I'm having trouble finding a live blade that matches the dimensions of the trainer.

Anyone know where I can find a decent blade that matches the trainer?

Those are made to be "blank" trainers.

They don't give anything away and they are very good training blades- for your partner. As in no sharp edges and not too pointy (like karambit trainer)

You train and get good with those, then you figure out what blades YOU want and can then level up to those. Some even get custom trainers for that blade.

So their is thought behind them being basic and straight. Let's you drill lots of things with them.

Right now the only LIVE blade and trainer combo you can get is the RAT which comes wth a blue trainer. On Sayoc website. It's from Headhunter Blades so can order thru them (Guro Harely. He's who we are under. Super SUPER great guy)

See a few nice knives by Joe Watson, looks like he is making blades with trainers too with good sheaths. A little less.

But would train for a bit before buying either IMO
