Yeah well to get to that kind of body you will have to be very strict, best thing I did was see a dietician they help you work out meals and what is required to meet your goals and you keep tweaking everytime you go back. cost me like $60 each time and got $40 back with insurance so $20 per time

I had no idea what I was doing back then and she helped me so much to understand all of it, she was also a personal trainer and helped me with my workout plans.

been feeling strong at times, not so much at other times

going out but not approaching when feeling down.

so went to karaoke pub, then bar, danced and had a lot of fun

one of them was the lead organizer of meetup group and told me she thought I was really cute. I thanked her and nbd

and then kept wanting to grind on me and bringing my hands/me to her hips and i was.not into it

told her I had to get a drink and evac'd the dance floor. twice

think she picked up on it and was upset after, group dynamics was off after and i was thinking.. i liked this group do.not want to complicate things w/ hurt feeling/drama/sex

another girl who was pretty good looking was intoxicated and touching me right... could've taken her home, but she was drunk and did.not want any part of it.


we were all leaving after a bit, and no one knew where she was. We went over whole bar 3x and couldn't find her


then everyone leaves for casino and i'm outside txted and called her making sure she's ok b/c they said it wasn't her to leave without saying good bye. So asking her to txt me back to let me know.


she calls back, comes outside with a 26 yr black dude from nigeria. told her glad she's ok.

then she told me to come back and dance and I told her I was going to go home. told her to have fun

she told me again she thought i was really cute and could leave with me if i wanted

i told her to go have fun with this decent nice looking guy from nigeria. seems like nice guy

she got pissed and he left back to the club. She said asians never get it and black guys do which is why he left. I say why does she have to make it racial

i told her look, i like this group and don't want to complicate things with sex. just got out of relationship so just looking to meet people right now

said hope she has a good night and hope this won't make things awkward

she said it wont, see u next time and went back in

then black dude came past me and shook my hand. i asked where he was going

he said he was going home. i told her i think she liked him and that we were just friends and don't have history and that she'd probably have fun w/ him. he went back in.

This is second girl I've turned down from sex after my ex... wondered if I am not over ex, but I'm just not into them.

i'm calling it a night. I have school work to catch up on tmrw.

I like it! good to see you going out having fun etc. = a lot more you

seeing girls want you around is def solid as well- I think your frame is beyond awesome :)

think difficult to get over ex in short time but definitely think you are on the right track.

know its hard man but you got this- you are mother fucking ice

more approaches though!! ;)

You strike me as the type that likes to learn and take control of situations. This health/fitness thing tends to throw people in so many directions because they really dont understand it. My goal in helping people become healthy is to teach them how to take control of their own health. it is so much easier than what most think.

The first step in getting healthy is to change where you get your information. Unfortunately, even many pros,personal trainers, and nutritionists fall into the trap of biased science/education. They have the best intentions getting into this but fall in with the wrong crowd.

I highly recommend you check out the following:
-Precison Nutrition by Dr. John Beradi--sign up for his newsletter.Great info on weight loss/management
-Charles Poliquin has solid workout info. Every man should be doing strength training/olympic lifting. This boost testosterone and makes you more powerful. I have a theory that exercising this way will increase pickup skills because studies show that chicks can pick up on T levels subconsciously.
-Read the "Paleo Manifesto" by John Durant. This will give a great understanding on why taking an evolutionary approach to nutrition makes the most sense.
-Read "Engineering the Alpha". This book tells you everything you need to know. How to eat and exercise with pictures. The guy John Rommanielo is a great writer and this is a fun read.
-If you do Podcasts check out Robb Wolf on The Paleo Solution

It took me a long time to find people that are OBJECTIVE and not subjective in their approach to health. I have no emotional attachment to my suggestions. This is what I have found to be true through what CURRENT science tell us. Things are not what we used to think, in fact they are completely opposite in some cases. One thing that all healthy dietary approaches have in common is fresh food grown in harmony with nature,increased fruit and veggie intake and decreased processed food. I have no issues with vegans/vegetarians but it is not the healthiest way to eat. If you do it because of morals that that is great but don't let them try and tell you it is healthier.

FYI my breakfast today:
1 chorizo from Whole foods, with 2 eggs,broccoli,onions,peppers,and guacamole cooked in butter from grass fed cows. Fucking delicious
