in all seriousness though what do you think off what he is saying.
I know you aren't a huge proponent of the high protein high fat low carb diet and are going to be a doctor, so was wondering what your opinion is and what you do for your diet?



From what I've taken away from it is that its a low carb diet and the protein shake only days are essentially a "modified" fast or a day that obviously dramatically reduces the calories hes taking in.Bay wrote:So from that book I got this as bottom line
