become too comfortable.. needs to change

also broke it off with girlfriend and want to try to get my shit together for myself

joining ice in putting my best self forward.

5 goals:

will do a hot chick open every day- think already do this on average but some days I convince myself not to== stupid.

work out till I am standing in shit

prepare and plan my meals (cut out nasty carbs)

100 burpees a day until I get too comfortable with them

keep room well kept with no shit on floor

@stone- I used to be able to do them 10 sets of 10. now, we will see.

decided to try to start walking to class rather than car it. 1 mile = -150 calories

going to get my test handled for wednesday

heading to gym after I meditate for 20 minutes.

Did 11 sets of 8 burpees after I did interval running on the treadmill. 12 more!

Took me an hour and then I did abs.

Also walked home another2 miles. Did one approach- she took her glasses off and I was blehh towards her. I want hotties.

Will get 2 in tonight at library.


Have that feeling in my lungs that I crushed it today.

Going to try holding off on going to store till Thursday but I have a 12 pack of chicken left and clif bars.

worked out hard.

did 100 plank to elbow pushups alternating sides.

biked on an interval of 1 minute hard to 2 minutes easy for 25 minutes.

have skimped on food but figure a granola bar and healthy sushi with no fried shit isn't all bad

kept room clean and have updated all my food in the my fitness app.

am going to make more food. trying to get through till thursday cause dad gets in and hes planning on helping restock fridge.

study for test rest of day all while opening 3.

worked out hard.

100 burpees

shoulder workout. and rope climber for 10 minutes

had a chipotle bowl for lunch- delicious think I am alright with no cheese no sour cream?

pretty exhausted today.

exam went well

house is pretty clean and redecorated my room on date to goodwill. was a ton of fun, highly recommend taking bitches to good will to help redecorate :)

crushed it at gym yesterday.

did an approach. it was just a situational question and she was walking other way.

ate pretty well yesterday- no carbs

dad flew in for the weekend though so am going to be chilling with him rather than standing in shit for the next couple days.

crushed it at the gym- took pre workout though so not real sure about how great of an accomplishment- I masterbaited in the morning and that shit really fucks up my drive.

had an interview today it went well- she put me through the ringer but I hung in there. I don't want to just hang in there though, I want to smack the questions out of the park. failure to prepare by me= unacceptable.

made a delicious meal- prepped and everything which is awesome. char siu ribs= so good.

been keeping track of my calories and I have been doing great.
