After much reflection, these coaching threads have come to an end.


I really started considering this after the move to LIVE COACHING THREADS

The flashchat attendance was low, I thought by putting it on the forum it would increase traffic and participation, and it would make it easier for the hosts.

Then I would read a post everyone here or there asking what happened to the flashchats, why we weren't having them anymore.

Anyone active on here knew about the switch...so it was guys who weren't active, guys who only came to the flashchats who were out of the loop.

That rubbed me the wrong way.

The live coaching threads made it easier to see who was only on THE BRAVOHOOD during those threads...which I didn't like.

Going thru older ones now and just seeing a few guys ask question after question....isn't why I had them.


It also turned into a work obligation for the very giving hosts

they would have to schedule time out of there week to BE online, here for you guys, and only have a few guys show up.

Not fair to them.

Lastly, since they were "working" during those times, and HAD to each week, they were less inclined to post during the rest of the week.

SO with all of that taken into consideration, this week was the last of these live coaching threads we will offer.

The forum will now be used like it was designed and everyone can post when they want.

It's tough having classes during the live coaching sessions. Although, there's nothing I can do now. I'll continue to work hard and keep posting.

I am going to miss these--especially the flashchats. I did them for years, I think at least 4 or 5--first on the elite side of Style's website and then I moved over here.

That said, when we discussed it, I had to agree with Bravo that the lack of participation meant we needed to move on to something else.

I know Bravo is always looking for ways to add value to this website to benefit the members, so I am sure that the Bravohood will continue to be something great.
