Now I know you've been working with canned material and Jay-T is totally right, you need to continue using the canned openers.
But...
We've talked on more than one occasion about you taking steps to improve your conversation skills in general. I know you learn in a methodical and mechanical way but occasionally you're just going to have to force yourself to let go and throw the canned stuff to the wind.
You need to start talking to everyone you come into contact with, start up bull shit conversations about anything that pops into your head.
