Even though I'm not here to find and sleep with many girls I do beleive that the training that I have been receiving from Bravo has helped a great deal. I'm interested in developing my confidence because in the past I have had very little. Even though I gained alot more since 5 years ago I still need to develop it more.
I do have a loving gf who has stuck by me during my worst times and says that it's good that I'm developing my confidence but I have a long way to go. Plus in time I can help my sons find the women of their dreams.
Right now Bravo told me to make 10-15 small talks this week and 5 opening using the 5 oceans routine. Wish me luck.
And thanks again Bravo

Very cool to hear that Bravo is helping you out! I know that Bravo also helped me get past some sticking points of mine and I always thought he was a very solid coach!

Re: Gaining confidence
thanks for the words of encouragement. I actually went out today and figured I'd just jump right into it. At first I have to tell you, it was a slow start. But I just imagined Bravo standing there right next to with his arms crossed, and being like a drill instructor. In my mind hes something in between the drill instructor from full metal jacket and the drill instructor from celebrity fit club. And I can hear him saying to me, "get your ass out there or I'm going to use this Brazillian Jiu Jitsu shit on you". And nobody like to be put in a joke hold.
Today I made seven approaches without using the opener and then asked another four women if they can name the five oceans. I know Bravo didn't want me to do so many but I sometimes get a bit ambitious with things. Plus when I first got out there today I was experiencing approach anxiety and wouldn't even talk to an old lady, forget an attractive woman.
But I made myself do it and soon I was talking to everyone. I talked to a few women at the deli cafe. Then I talk to one outside the cafe. One was walking down the street and I said something to her. Went to the store down the street and talked a few more in there. So in total I talked to 10 women today. Just don't tell Bravo I did so many or I will get joked out. Will be our own little secret.
Thanks

Awesome work arock. You are off to a great start!
I find that the first set is often the toughest. Then once I get over that - I'm unstoppable. And don't be afraid to say hi to the old ladies and other guys too - everyone has an amazing story in them.
