I went out on Thursday and meet up Boom and another new guy on mill along with my brother. We went to cue club first where Boom got into a set over the wall at Zuma with a couple cuties one 7 and one 8. I went inside solo because he was occupied. I immediately begin to open, "hey what's up I'm BigBear", and "what are you guys up to today", "where you from" it's all chode shit and questions that get asked wayy to much by other guys.

But I've been at home all day reading ( just finished the Primal Blueprint, and started PIMP by Iceburg Slim, which is a ridiculously good book so far), and had a day two flake on me, so I'm in that socially awkward mode, and it shows. I need to get out of my head and know that the only way to do so is to get talking and approaching.

I start taking punishment, two tables of girls that I'm talking to get up and leave, the second table more awkwardly than the first. The worst part is they are not even that cute 7's at best. I go up to a mixed set and try to give the girl a hug and she says "that was awkward", and tells me to walk away. I try to talk to some more 6's that are a mixed set but they are nicely blowing me off.

We head to canteen next, where I open a few but I'm coming off weird at this point and none of them go well. I agree with Boom that I should open one more before leaving and it actually goes simi good she's kinda into me but I'm so in my own head that I can't take it anywhere. We go to margarita rocks next.

Once inside I start talking to a few girls and then go to the outside patio and chill with Boom and my bro. We shoot the shit for a while, the whole time I'm thinking "why am I not outta my head yet" "why is nothing clicking yet", I head inside and start talking to this girl a 6 about her headband we walk outside to the patio, I talk to her and her friend for about 7 minutes, and then ask for her number (which I'm sure she'll give to me, she's only a 6 after all) but she denies me.

This is a big blow to my ego I feel defeated. I try a few more week approaches but at this point am on a downward spiral. I go to cue club with the new guy and am too mind fucked to approach. I chode out and tell him I'm going to meet a girl up which is bull shit, I'm just stuck madly in my own head and pissed.

On the way back to my car I see a girl crossing the street from the library( a bar), (she appears to be a 7) to the post office. I decide to say one thing to her I know it's a way long shot but fuck it. I say "what's up", and she replies "hey! why are you walking so fast?", we get into a conversation and I stop her on the next corner by the stop sign. I find out that she just came to mill to drop this drunk girls ID off that she found, and has just had one drink, she's bored and doesn't have to work till 2pm the next day.

We talk for approx 80 minutes, where I hold hands with her and walk with her down some of the back streets. She takes me to circle K to get some water then back to my car I convince her to come over and play batman on the xbox, because she only lives 5 miles from me. She follows me back to my house and we watch a movie, I finger her and get too much LMR to bang her. In the end she turns out only to be a 6 with a cute face and has a funny smell about her, she leaves at 8 am. Fun night

This reminds me of another night when I went out with Stewart (our first night out together) and nothing was hooking or going the way I wanted it to. I ended up doing a weak ass approach on this girl at firehouse and pulling her, and she was wayy hott. You can never predict the randomness of the game, maybe I just happened to run into a lot of girls that had just gotten into relationships, maybe they had all just been hit on too hard that night so they were all mean to me, or maybe I was just taking myself too seriously and expecting too much and needed to get slapped down a peg (which always seems to happen when you've been on a run and think your an ultimate pimp).

The thing that is awesome is if you just keep approaching 95% of the time whatever the problem is seems to take care of itself.

That's it, if there's one rule to follow when you're out its KEEP APPROACHING, even if it's a week ass approach. This 1. Gets you more out of your head and more of the swing of things, and 2. Just ups your chances of getting laid purely by the numbers game (the more doors you knock on the more that will open). It's funny that even though I know this, and even have a bunch of reference experiences that will show this, I still many times, probably way more than half, have a hard time following it when I'm getting blown out repeatedly or nothing is hooking.

I mostly wrote this for myself so I can see on paper where my own thought process is getting fucked up. But I'm hoping this might be of help to someone else. I know that the next time that I go out and see that last girl on the way home that would be the creepiest approach I will at least say what's up to her and try to start a convo.

Aslo new to the scene not ffantastic but i'm absolutely terrible.(Boom saw a hottie i just closed) I was wondering if anyone down wanted to be a wing for daygame? I could show you some nutrition and excercise ropes and vice-versa. Being fit doesn't help you much with closing butsIt's helped me kiss open one or two girls (that and they might have taken in some alcohol).
