Thanks for your help gentlemen,

I got a female friend to come with me to help me shop and we checked out Lattitude

fairly decent clothes and fairly cheap too. The only thing is I"m gonna have to get the hemmed lol that can't be helped.

I checked out Zara and I didn't really like what they had, their selection was low.

H&M is good and I will check it out next time.

Thanks!
=)

Dude...that is like Bodybuilder on stage body fat percentage and can only be held for so long. No amount of MMA classes alone will get you to that percentage. You can't out train a bad diet. Your abs will be showing at 10% if you diet and train properly.[/quote]

That is true, wasn't accruate on the body fat %. probably 9% is more accruate. I don't eat any sugar, drink only almond milk versus cow milk. No red meat. Heavy sushi and salmon diet. No desert. Not Fast food. Very clean diet with heavy spinch. I use to fight in golden gloves and mma amatuer matchs. In addition I have learn alot from my professional mma coaches on correct diet. So I figure I use excute what they have tought me. I just wanted to speed up my core section.

Hey brotha, your not the only 5'3"guy in the crowd. Im the same height. Im cocky confident and walk ten feet tall but thats just me. Good news is most women are our height, and nomatter how you cut it has nothing to do w attraction. As far as clothes go, 7 diamonds dress shirts are made for guys like you and me. There expensive but wait for deals. Women dont know if it was on sale or not and dont care. They shop for deals just like us. Tailor tailor tailor, its cheap and youll look a million bucks. Pants for us are always too long so have um tailored as well.
