Getting back into Shape

Post by envy »

About 2 and a half years ago I was in the best shape of my life...after moving from city to city to city, I was overwhelmed with school, work, and other things going on in my life. I started to lose my physique and just recently took a long hard look in the mirror. I was completely disgusted with myself when I realized what I was seeing. After I took a pic of myself and saw this monster, I immediately "B" lined it to the gym and got a membership. I decided to post some pics for encouragement for others who would also like to get back into shape. All I can say is that a lot of motivation and determination went along way for me in such a short amount of time.

Keep pushing it brother, obviously seeing great results from just 2.5 weeks. Keep it going.
