Recommended Readings and stuff

Post by Fame »

A couple books I would recommend reading that deal with tactics and combat and are overall good to read:

33 Strategies of War
Sun Tzu The Art of War
The 48 Laws of Power
Lone Survivor
On Killing
On Combat
The Warrior Mindset
Roberts Ridge

Shows/Movies pertaining to military:
Generation Kill
Black Hawk Down
Band of Brothers
Saving Private Ryan
Rescue Dawn
Green Berets
Anything National Geographic or History Channel

as far as games, of all the fps games I've played, the only one that really caught realism to me was MOH(Medal of Honor 2010). COD is based off ficticious events, and though fun to play, not realistic to me.
